Wordless Wednesdays

So I know this defeats the purpose of wordless Wednesdays, but I just wanted to explain that we will likely start participating in wordless Wednesdays and just post a random picture either of Angel or something she's done, or maybe about another musical artist.  So enjoy!

Musical Resources

One of our visions for Angel of Melody is to have a list of all the resources for Amateur performing artists. I am going to start compiling a list of companies in the south east with any ties or associations with music. This will be one of the things that we plan to give to the young up and coming artist. If you know of any musical companies near here please let me know. Anything music related. Music lessons, stores that sell instruments, places that carry accompaniment music, sheet music, software etc.

Another new song: Broken Glass

Angel recently put up another brand new song. I can really hear the improvement in her voice and in her song writing from a couple years ago. The girl really puts some work into it. Check it out!!

What we have in the works!

I know that everyone is wondering what kind of things Angel has planned in the future. We have so many ideas running through our heads that sometimes it's hard to choose. But I thought I might update you on some of the things we are thinking about.

Of course Angel still wants to do the charity organization Angel of Melody. That will just take time to get going, but we have definitely not given up on that. Along with that we are planning on scheduling and hosting some benefit concerts probably starting here locally first.

She is still writing songs and of course recording new videos on youtube, but she would also like to get together with some of the other youtube sensations out there and do some duets. We are in the process of setting up the first one. If you are interested in getting together with her comment here with your email address and I will contact you.

We are also planning on a couple promotions and give away contests to draw in some more readers and subscribers to youtube. If you have ideas on contests we could hold please let me know.

Now here is the kicker. Angel is optomistic, maybe a good deal more than me, but she wants to perform in Nashville on July 10th. We will be in town one night only and she would like to have the chance to perform there that night. So if you know of a good place she could have the chance to perform like a karaoke restaurant or something similar please let me know. Lady Antebellum's Need You Now

Angel put up another video this week. While editing her new original Don't Swear on the Moon, she came across a video of Need You Now by Lady Antebellum that she had done a few months ago. She's been so busy that she just hasn't had time to edit it and get it up. I thought she did really well and I just love the song.




She is currently working on a video for Miranda Lambert's Gunpowder and Lead. If you've seen her video for White Liar then you know that she has enough twang in her voice for it to take on a life of it's own. Schools out in just a few more days so I am sure she will have that one up soon.

We finally got Angel's latest song up on Youtube last night. Its by far the best she's done so far. Gives me goosebumps everytime I hear it! So check it out and like and share it everywhere. She is trying to hit 100,000 views with all her videos. We are so so excited about this one!!
